The Potomac Company is pleased to announce the acquisition of Alliance Commercial Pest Control (Alliance) by PestCo Holdings, LLC (PestCo), a portfolio company of Thompson Street Capital Partners (TSCP). This stands as PestCo’s sixth investment since its establishment as an acquisition platform in 2021.
Headquartered in Tinton Falls, New Jersey, Alliance provides both commercial and residential pest control with a significant emphasis on their commercial services. Since its establishment by Bruce James Madden in 1983, the company has remained a family-owned and operated business and has grown to service 21 counties in New Jersey, five counties in New York, and four counties in Pennsylvania.
The company’s commitment to excellence led them to earn their QualityPro certificate in 2015—the only recognized and accepted credentialing authority of the professional pest management industry. Now, with PestCo’s reinforcement, the company is set to expand their pest control services within the food and beverage sector.
