Rentokil acquired the Brazilian pest control business, Asseio. Based in Sao Paulo, Asseio operates in ten states and gives Rentokil its first important foothold in South America. In the last financial year the business generated revenue of £7.1m. Post completion, the Rentokil-Asseio brand will take third position in this high growth market.
Rentokil continues its aggressive push to increase market share in North, South and Central America.
