The Potomac Company is pleased to announce the acquisition of its client, Hargrove Pest Solutions, by Rollins. This transaction largely increases Rollins’ presence in the states of Georgia and South Carolina.
Hargrove Pest Solutions was founded in 2010 by John and Regan Boudreaux in Augusta, Georgia, a city sharing a border with South Carolina along the Savannah River. Eventually, the company grew to service nine counties in both Georgia and South Carolina becoming one of Augusta’s preferred pest control providers among residential customers.
John Boudreaux, CEO, and Regan Boudreaux, CFO, each have over two decades of experience in the home inspection industry with 15 years of experience in termite and pest services. Each earned their bachelor’s degree from Georgia Tech with Regan earning her MBA from Georgia State. They founded Hargrove Pest Solutions with a mission to “positively impact the community with home solutions that protect and promote the best quality of life.” Hargrove Pest Solutions enjoys supporting charitable causes and generously donates 5% of its revenue to charitable organizations locally and globally. Now, with Rollins’ teams and resources, Hargrove Pest Solutions is positioned for accelerated growth in the southeastern United States.
John and Regan commented, “We are thrilled to partner with Rollins and their great team of pest professionals. Together, we’ll continue to provide excellent pest protection for the people of Augusta.”
Paul Giannamore and Franco Villanueva-Meyer of The Potomac Company acted as exclusive financial advisors to Hargrove Pest Solutions in this transaction. Terms were not disclosed.
