Terminix has acquired substantially all the assets of Team Too Termite & Pest Control of Corona, California.
Team Too was founded in 1978 by Bill Houtchens and operated by his son, Team Too President Will Houtchens. Team Too has five offices in California and specializes in commercial termite and pest control.
“Team Too is a strong commercial business with great customer retention. They have a well-trained and well-respected team of employees that will be a great part of the Terminix team,” said Jason Bailey, vice president, Mergers and Acquisitions, Terminix International.
A Terminix spokesperson said the company will retain almost all Team Too employees, and that Terminix will integrate the vast majority of Team Too routes/employees into three of its commercial branches in the Los Angeles, San Jose and Sacramento metropolitan areas.
