The Potomac Company advised Atlus Pest Solutions, Inc. as exclusive financial advisor on its acquisition by Lookout Pest Control, LLC. The transaction brings together two pest management businesses focused on providing reliable service to residential and commercial customers.
Founded in 2013 and based in Madison, Alabama, Atlus Pest Solutions is a locally owned business providing eco-friendly pest, mosquito, and termite services across Huntsville, Memphis, and Knoxville.
The acquisition expands Lookout Pest Control’s North Alabama footprint while combining Atlus’s local market expertise with Lookout’s full-service platform and crawl space encapsulation solutions. Moreover, the partnership equips Atlus with expanded resources to accelerate growth while maintaining its commitment to high-touch customer service.
