The Potomac Company is pleased to announce the sale of its client, Pointe Pest Control, to PestCo Holdings, LLC (“PestCo”) a portfolio company of Thompson Street Capital Partners (TSCP), a private equity firm located in St. Louis, Missouri. This transaction of Pointe Pest Control’s operations throughout Idaho, Oregon, Washington, and Montana, together known as Pointe Pacific Northwest, serve as PestCo’s tenth investment since its establishment as an acquisition platform in 2021.
Pointe Pacific Northwest was founded by Jacob Borg in Spokane, Washington, and grew to service four states. In February 2022, PestCo acquired Pointe Illinois, founded by Jacob’s brother, Jared and his business partner Kyle Woodbury. Now, Pointe Pacific Northwest and Pointe Illinois are set for steady growth under PestCo’s leadership and resources.
