The Potomac Company is pleased to announce the acquisition of its client, Beaver Pest Control, by Orkin United Kingdom, a subsidiary of Rollins, Inc. This transaction reinforces Orkin UK’s position as a leader in the pest control industry, expanding its workforce to over 450 employees in the United Kingdom.
Founded in 1990 by Graham Lodge, with his brother David Lodge joining shortly thereafter, Beaver Pest Control has grown into one of the largest and most respected pest control providers in the UK. The company provides pest, wildlife, and drainage management services to commercial and residential clients throughout the city of London and the Southeast.
Employing a team of 92 dedicated professionals, Beaver Pest Control is celebrated for its unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction, innovation, and excellence. This dedication has earned the company numerous awards, including the British Pest Control Association’s Company of the Year award (2013), Wandsworth Best Company Overall (2023), and Wandsworth Best Large Company (2024).
This acquisition marks an exciting milestone for both Beaver Pest Control and Orkin UK, combining expertise and resources to set new benchmarks for service excellence in the pest control industry.
