Paul Giannamore is a managing director in The Potomac Company’s pest control group (www.PotomacPest.com) and known in the valuation and M&A community as the “architect of value.” As a strategy consultant and accredited valuation expert, he advises shareholders and senior management of pest management firms on building and measuring value in their businesses, and ultimately unlocking that value through the sale or transfer of their businesses.
In addition to being the head of the largest business valuation advisory in the pest control industry, he is a strategy consultant and M&A investment banker to businesses ranging from small, family-owned enterprises to large public companies, such as Scotts LawnService. Paul holds a degree from Cornell University and did his graduate work at Stanford University.
