The acquisition is in line with Rentokil’s global strategy to continue growing its pest control business and to pursue acquisition targets in higher growth markets such as North America. Anderson ranks in the top 40 of the 100 largest pest companies in North America and has strong market positions in the Chicago metropolitan area, as well as Wisconsin, Indiana and Missouri.
