Rentokil North America has acquired the assets of Eden Advanced Pest Technologies, a full service pest control company servicing commercial and residential customers within the West Coast states of Washington and Oregon. The company was founded in 1989 and has annualized revenues of $7m.
Eden Advanced will become part of the Rentokil’s west coast platform, Western Exterminators.
