We are privileged to have had the President of Waynes Pest Control, Shawn Hollis, and former CEO of American Pest, Steve Mote, join us in San Juan, Puerto Rico last month. Shawn transitioned into the position of president after Waynes’ merger with Anticimex in 2019. He continues to serve as president of Waynes from its headquarters in Birmingham, Alabama. Steve, also an Alabama native, oversaw all operations of American Pest before its acquisition by Waynes in September 2022.

Shawn spent eight years growing a lawn care business for Wayne’s Pest Control. After Waynes’ merger with Anticimex, he was promoted to the role of president, responsible for leading its growth.
Steve continues to serve as an Advisory Board Member of Iberia Bank, president and board member of La Belle Maison condominiums in Florida, board member of The Title Company, board member of The Lakeview Business Association, and advisory board member of Children’s Harbor.
