The Potomac Company is pleased to announce the acquisition of Evergreen Pest Solutions’ branches in Greenville and Columbia, South Carolina, to Aruza Pest Control Holdings, a portfolio company of Concentric Equity Partners. This acquisition marks the fourth add-on to the Aruza platform, significantly strengthening its presence and service capabilities in the Greenville and Columbia regions.
Evergreen Pest Solutions was founded in 2016 offering general pest services. In just five years, Evergreen’s workforce grew to over two dozen employees and began expanding into commercial services for banks, Airbnbs, retail stores, churches, office facilities, and more in Idaho, Utah, Arizona, New Mexico, Alabama, South Carolina, and Virginia.
Byron Gifford, CEO of Evergreen Pest Solutions, began his pest control career in 2000 after earning his bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University. With over 20 years of experience, Byron has led door-to-door teams generating over $16 million in revenue. His goal in establishing Evergreen was to provide a superior customer experience. Vice President of Sales, Nikolas Allred, brought a strong sales record to Evergreen, having sold thousands of accounts across two branch locations. His expertise in recruiting, training, and managing sales teams has been key to Evergreen’s customer expansion and retention.
